Moroccan Lamb Tagine
Tender pieces of slow  cooked  lamb, apricots, almonds & dates, finished with a rich Moroccan spiced tomato sauce & served in a filo basket 

Tart-Tatin 
Roasted pepper & sweet chilli Tart-Tatin, topped with grilled French goats cheese & 
finished with a rocket & red onion salad

 Chicken Leek & Stilton 
Pan fired chicken breast & fresh leeks bound together in a white wine & Melton Mowbray stilton cream sauce topped with puff pastry
